3 Creative Ways to Save Money

There are many ways to save money. As someone who likes to think outside the box for solutions I would like to offer a few different ways save money.
- One of my favorite ways really isn’t that outside the box. It’s simply asking! Obviously this is more situational basis. Here is an example, I have like taking healthy supplements and don’t like to let the price tag get in the way. The guy that I was seeing had a price tag that was a little high for where I was at. I explained my situation and he took $50 off.
- Create Win-Win solutions. Maybe a person can’t offer money, but could volunteer their time and offer something back. The funny thing is I have discovered sometimes people are so impressed that I even offered a win-win solution that they will not even ask for anything in return.
- I have been on a bit of a debit card/credit card/bank account reward binge recently. I have a free round trip train ride to watch my alma mater play Maryland in two weeks. (and enough for 3 more trips). This comes with a caveat. Don’t spend what you wouldn’t normally wouldn’t spend. For example, if the offer is spend $1000 in 90 days and get $300. I wouldn’t recommend doing something outside living outside your means. However if a person pays $1000/month for rent. Boom. Put that on a card and take a free $300. I also recommend closing the cards as soon you get the reward.
Bonus: There are now cryptocurrency reward cards that offer cryptocurrency (normally bitcoin, something like 1.5% back), take the cryptocurrency rewards and find a cryptocurrency that can grow a lot bigger than the 1.5%.
There really are so many ways to save money. What are your ideas?
